Monika is a native of China, but has been living in Australia for more than 20 years. She is a director of Laser Corporation, one of the most successful Chinese-owned IT companies in Australia, with branches in New Zealand, Hong Kong and China.
Monika’s true passion lies in luxury real estate and property development for which she has gained much expertise and understanding of the real estate investment culture. She has been active in investment property in China for many years and decided to consolidate all her experience and contacts in the sector. In 2009, she and her husband, Jad Khattar, started Black Diamondz, a concierge service in the luxury property sector of the booming Australian real estate market. Within the first month of the company’s launch, Black Diamondz made record sales and now the rest is history.

Together, Jad and Monika founded Black Diamondz Luxury Property Concierge and Black Diamondz Executive and Virtual Offices to bridge gaps in Australia’s business industry and luxury property market. For the tenacious, profit-driven, and satisfaction-oriented Jad Khattar, real estate is in his blood. A native of Lebanon, Jad’s father owned an excavation company and Jad spent a lot of his childhood with his father at development sites. Much of Jad’s extended family is also in the real estate development and investment business.
Jad is able to speak intermediate french, having been educated in French schools in Lebanon, where he also learned fluent English. He then earned a B.A. in Business Management from L'Université du Québec à Montréal in Canada (UQAM). After completing his studies, he ran a prosperous business that bought and sold building materials in the Middle East and Africa. Jad next moved to Sydney, Australia, to work in the real estate industry where he met his wife, Monika Tu, co-director of Laser Corporation, one of the most successful Chinese-owned IT companies in Australia. The two make a very strong team, as Monika’s background in international business, luxury real estate and IT strongly complements Jad’s construction industry and luxury real estate know-how.

Qiushan Guo, as a sales consultant, has been in real estate industry since July 2008.
